DESK OPEN / 11 TRUCK TYPES / ONE RATE CARD
Truck dispatch service that books it. You sign it.
We find the freight, push the rate, take the broker calls and chase the detention. The broker sends the rate confirmation straight to you, and nothing rolls until you sign it. Power only to heavy haul, 26 ft box trucks and up.
The reefer load paid too little for the miles, so the carrier said no. That's allowed on every load.
CHECK IN / 3 QUESTIONS
Pick your truck. See your rate.
02 / HOW OLD IS YOUR MC?
03 / HOW MANY TRUCKS?
Answer the three questions and the board shows your rate and an example week for that truck.
YOU SAY YES OR NO
Every rate con lands in your inbox
Dispatchers who sign loads for you, or push you into cheap freight, are why most carriers don't trust dispatch. Our rule is simple. We find the load and negotiate it. The broker sends the rate confirmation to you. You read the pickup, the miles and the pay, then sign it or say no. Passing costs you nothing, and we never sign on your behalf.

WHAT THE DESK DOES
Truck dispatching services that cover the whole week
One dispatcher who knows your truck, your lanes and the lowest rate you'll run for. Here is what comes off your plate.
Load sourcing
Every major load board plus direct broker and shipper contacts, matched to your lanes and home time.
Rate negotiation
We counter every offer against current lane rates and your floor. We don't take the first number.
Broker calls
Setup calls, check calls and delivery updates go through us, so your phone stays quieter.
Carrier packets
W-9, insurance and authority on file with brokers once, so loads can book fast.
Detention and layover
We log arrival against the appointment and file the claim when the dock holds you past free time.
Deadhead planning
The next load gets lined up near the drop, so empty miles stay short.
Weekly report
Loads, miles, gross and fees on one page, every week.
Broker checks
Credit and authority checked before we put your truck on a load.
Power only programs and trailer pool setups where they run in your area.

THE MATH
5% of gross. Nothing else.
Many dispatch services charge 8% to 10%. Drag the slider to see what that gap is worth in one week.
One truck with an MC older than 6 months pays 5%. Under 6 months pays 7%, and it drops on its own. Two trucks or more pay 4%. No setup fee, no minimums, month-to-month with 30 days notice. If you don't haul, you don't pay.
- Our fee, 5%
- $300
- 8% desk
- $480
- 10% desk
- $600
Against a 10% desk you keep $300 more this week. Fee on gross load revenue; no haul, no pay.
WHO WE WORK FOR
A dispatcher, not a broker
A freight broker works for the shipper and earns the spread between what the shipper pays and what your truck gets. We don't touch that spread. We work for you and push the broker up, not down. That's what a dispatch service for truckers should be, and it's why the rate con goes to you: your load, your call.

| Works for | The shipper | You |
| Paid by | Margin on the load | A % of your gross |

How fast you roll depends on how quickly brokers approve your packet. We tell you where things stand on the call. How dispatch works, step by step
NEW AUTHORITY
New MC? Start at 7%.
Plenty of brokers won't load an MC under a certain age. We know which ones do and set up your packets to clear their checks. Your rate drops from 7% to 5% at month 6 without you asking. New authority dispatch
GET PAID FASTER
Broker terms often run 30 days or more. Factoring pays your delivered loads in days. We can connect you with a factoring partner and set the Notice of Assignment up with your brokers. How factoring works with dispatch
We refer carriers to a factoring partner and may be paid for referrals.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Truck dispatch service questions
Still deciding? Apply and ask the dispatcher who calls you.
01How much does your truck dispatch service cost?
One truck with an MC older than 6 months pays 5% of gross load revenue. Authorities under 6 months pay 7% until month 6, then drop automatically. Two or more trucks pay 4%. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum, and the fee only applies to loads you actually haul.
02Do you dispatch power only carriers without a trailer?
Yes. Power only is one of the 11 equipment types we dispatch. We book preloaded trailers through broker and carrier power only programs and drop yards where they run, and we check the trailer interchange terms before you hook. Trailer access depends on the region and the program, so we tell you plainly what your lanes can support.
03Do I have to take every load you find?
No. We find and negotiate the load, then the broker sends the rate confirmation straight to you. You see the pickup, delivery, miles and pay, and you sign it or say no. Passing on a load costs you nothing, and we never sign a rate con for you.
04Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee and no long contract. Service is month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice. You pay a percentage of gross on the loads you haul, and nothing in a week you don't run.
05Can a new MC use your dispatch service?
Yes. New authorities are a big part of our desk. Some brokers won't load carriers under a certain age, so we focus on the ones that will and set up your packets to clear their checks. The fee is 7% while your MC is under 6 months, then 5%.
06Are you a dispatcher or a broker?
A dispatcher. We work for you and are paid by you as a percentage of your gross. We never buy freight from shippers or mark up loads. Brokers sit on the other side of the deal, and our job is to get the most out of them for your truck.
07Do you claim detention for me?
Yes. We log your arrival against the appointment on the rate con, keep the broker updated while you wait, and file the detention or layover claim once free time runs out. What gets paid depends on the broker's terms, which is why we check them before you sign.
08Do you dispatch cargo vans or sprinters?
No. We dispatch box trucks from 26 ft and up, plus hotshots, semis and the rest of the 11 types on this page. Cargo vans, sprinter vans and box trucks under 26 ft are outside what we book.
NO CONTRACT / NO SETUP FEE
Your truck. Our desk. Your signature.
Apply in about two minutes. A dispatcher calls you back to plan your first week on the board.
